Nine of Coins

The Coins are cards that are very often about work, but they are also cards about wealth and abundance. In the Nines, we begin to see the fruits of the labor. This is the harvest that was planted earlier and tended in the Sevens. This is the time to enjoy — to look around you and see what your efforts have brought. It’s okay to enjoy the riches that you’ve worked for, okay to let yourself be surrounded by the things you’ve done.

But as much as our culture glorifies hard work, we often dismiss those who are proud of what they’ve earned. Are you allowing yourself to enjoy the fruits of your labor? How can you take pleasure in your accomplishments, before rushing off to the next challenge? Are you taking time for appreciation?
