Seven of Staves

Once again, there is struggle. A fight. Unlike the Five, the Seven of Staves is a more serious struggle. While it lacks the cut-throat intensity of some of the blades, it’s not a friendly sparring match either. Real losses are at stake: Real egos, real bets, real prizes.

The battle is multi-pronged, with shifting alliances. Who is together may shift, who is the strongest and who is the weakest changes as the fight wages on. These are evenly matched fighters, and this is not a match that can be swept by any one individual.

This is a card that comes in time of struggle — you may not yet know if you will triumph. The question becomes, then, how hard and long are are you willing to fight?
