Three of Staves

Where the Two of Staves take stock of one’s personal landscape, the Three turns outward to survey the world around. Things that have been planted are beginning to show forth, effort that has been carefully guided has started to bear fruit. The work is not yet close to finished, but the signs can be seen of promising reward to come.

Look around- what do you see in your realm, your future, your work? Where are you going? What have you started that is progressing and beginning to bear? Where are things coming together, and where are the opportunities to be seized?

Be careful to manage your energy well- the tasks ahead will require their own work. It is not better to invest too much effort now, only to burn out before the process is done. Neither can you wait to do the work. Now is the time to both sow and reap, while planning for the larger harvest to come.
