Nine of Blades
Anxiety, fear. The worry that grips your heart in the middle of the night, jerking you awake and leaving you gasping for air. The worries that cycle endlessly around your brain, racing out of control in the silence.
Unlike the Three of Blades, this isn’t a card of actual loss. This, in some ways worse, is the pain that comes from your own mind. The doubts and insecurities that can only be suppressed for so long. Eventually they surface, in the silence, wrapping around your heart and mind.
The risks aren’t always real — often they aren’t. But the pain and fear are, and if you aren’t careful, it may paralyze you.
